Built - 2021Albert Street Townhouses located in the Bayside suburb of Port Melbourne and occupies a tight urban corner site. Orientating the houses perpendicular to the primary street frontage the development of four townhouses all share in the Northen orientation.
The design of these townhouses employed the use of materiality taken directly from the local context including bluestone, render and timber. Large circular windows and gentle curves speak to the townhouse’s nautical setting. Each townhouse is separated in form to maintain visual interest to the street.
